LETTER FROM THE CONFERENCE SECRETARY

Sisters and Brothers in Christ:

Below please find the 2007 Annual Conference deadlines:

If you are the Chair or head of a Conference Committee or Agency, then you may be required to submit a report to the Annual Conference. Each Conference Agency is required to submit a report. Reports for publication, except the District Superintendent�s report, shall not exceed 700 words.

If you wish to submit a resolution for Annual Conference action, your resolution should be included in the Pre-Conference booklet. Submit it to the Conference Secretary within the deadline.

For potential delegates to the 2008 General Conference or the Jurisdictional Conference, the nominating biography of no more than 100 words, should be included in the Pre-Conference Booklet.

By Conference Rules, any material not included in the booklet, which is otherwise required to be submitted to members, will be reproduced and circulated to all members of the Annual Conference, not later than 24 hours prior to the time of Conference action, by the Team, Committee, Agency, or individual, using its, her or his own resources. There are no plans for a �Late-Breaking Material� publication.

Since material to be presented for Annual Conference action should to be included in the Pre-Conference Booklet, we need your cooperation to submit your material to the Secretary within the deadlines below.
