Dates and Deadlines 

Annual Conference 2009 deadlines for several events are listed below. If you plan to enter a report or legislation, or attend any of these events, please plan for these dates:

January 1

Equalization Names submitted by email to Conference Secretary. MS-Word is the acceptable format.*

March 2

All Reports and Resolutions submitted by email, due to Conference Secretary. MS-Word is the acceptable format.

March 2

Lay Member Names submitted by email to Conference Secretary. MS-Word is the acceptable format.*

March 2

All Annual Conference program promotions or information to appear in the Pre-Conference Book are due by email to the Conference Secretary

March 27

Online Registration Begins

April 10

Pre-Conference Book goes to Printer (any other materials reproduced by presenters with advance notice to Conference Secretary.) NO PROVISION IS BEING MADE FOR A LATE BREAKING BOOK

May 11

Registrations for Annual Conference due

May 5

Conference Book begins arrival at NEC Members homes

 

District Pre-Conference Dates

The pre-conference meetings for the 2009 Annual Conference sessions are being held in the following locations:

 

Saturday, May 30

CTWMA - 9:30-12:30: Rockville, CT

NME - 9:30-12:30: Calais UMC

NME - 3-6pm: Old Town, ME

CMA - 9-noon: Community UMC, Wayland, MA

 

Saturday, June 6

NH - 9-noon: Plymouth, NH

MBH - 9-noon: Wakefield/Lynnfield

TRI - 9-noon: York, ME

RISEM - 9-noon: (location pending confirmation)

 

Sunday, June 7

Mid-ME - 2-5pm: Pleasant St, Waterville, ME

June 18-20, 2009
