2009 New England Annual Conference Session

NEW REGISTRATION PROCESS!
We hope everyone will make an attempt to register online this year to help us reduce data entry requirements! This NEW system offer multiple payment options - credit, debit, PayPal account, and check or money order. We hope you will consider paying online with our secure payment options (credit, debit, PayPal account). PayPal processes the credit/debit payments, but no PayPal account is required if you choose one of these options.
If you are paying by check, PLEASE CONTINUE with this registration, and select "PAY LATER" at the end of the process. PRINT a copy of your confirmation (you will receive this via email after your registration) and send with your check for the full amount to PO BOX 847843, BOSTON, MA 02284-7843. Make check to NEW ENGLAND ANNUAL CONFERENCE.
NOTE: Your online registration may indicate that you are "not registered and not paid". This means your registration is being held until payment is received. You do NOT need to re-register - your registration has been saved in our system!
If you have paid online, it may take 1-2 days for payment to be processed and received by our system. If you are paying by check, simply PRINT a copy of your confirmation (you will receive this via email after your registration) and send with your check for the amount due to:

Pay Once for Multiple Registrations
Although each person must have a separate registration, with this new system you may pay for multiple registrants at once, instead of processing a payment for each individual registrant. After you have entered all the registrations that you will be paying for, simply return to this Registration Page and click on the blue "Pay for Multiple Registrants" button (under the orange "Register for this Event" button). Simply search by name or church and place a checkmark by the registrations you will pay for. Then continue to the payment screen and follow the online payment instructions.
NOTE: Please search for only one (1) of the criteria when paying for multiple registrants (for example, "last name" for family members, or "church" for members of your church. You will then be able to select from a list the individual(s) you wish to pay for. If you search for both "first name" AND "last name", you may only come up with a single record.

Registration Information and Instructions
ALL Lay and Clergy MEMBERS of the Annual Conference MUST register for voting credentials. ALL GUESTS requesting housing or meals on campus MUST register. Housing and meals may not be available without pre-registration.
All Registrants should choose a housing option in the lodging section (Those not staying in the on-campus dorms MUST choose a Commuter option) - See off-campus lodging suggestions below.
DORMITORY HOUSING includes Linens, pillow and blankets; common baths. Some dorms equipped with kitchenettes (request for special needs). Some dorms handicapped accessible; some dorms with elevated beds. Enter special dorm/lodging needs in the LODGING COMMENTS.
LIMITED FINANCIAL AID is available. Submit
requests for scholarship / aid to: Joy Mueller
