2. REGISTER AS A SPONSORING CHURCH and pay the $349 fee:

NOTE: Once you have paid the Sponsoring Church fee, you will receive a Registration Password for the *Individual from a Sponsoring Church* registration below, where your church members can select their workshops. Each individual from a Sponsoring Church will require their own registration for workshop choices at no charge*.

*Note: Sponsoring Church fee does not include the optional Thursday Pre-Conference Intensive workshops. Individuals from Sponsoring Churches will be required to pay individually for the Pre-Conference Intensive if they choose to attend one of these Thursday workshops.
