Dates and Deadlines for 2010
Annual Conference 2010 deadlines for several events are listed below. If you plan a program promotion (Video, DVD, paper, etc.) or to enter a report or legislations, please plan for these dates:

Dec. 31 Equalization Member Names submitted by email to Conference Secretary, via District offices. MS-Word format: Calibri or Arial 12.

January 15 Legislation or Reports to the Annual Conference, please describe the topic and general concept on the form (click here for form). We are requesting preliminary information by this date. Choreographer

 February 1  Lay Member Names submitted by email to Conference Secretary, via District offices. MS-Word format: Calibri or Arial 12.  Conference Secretary
 March 1  All Annual Conference reports (not more than 700 words), resolutions, or any other information to appear in the Pre-Conference books are due by email. MS-Word format: Calibri or Arial 12.  Conference Secretary
 March 1  All Reports (except District) for the 2010 Conference Journal submitted by email. MS-Word format: Calibri or Arial 12.  Conference Secretary
 April 15  Pre-Conference Book goes to the Printer (any other materials reproduced by presenters with advance notice to Conference Secretary.) NO PROVISION IS BEING MADE FOR A "LATE BREAKING" BOOK  
 May 1  Registrations for Annual Conference due  Registrar
 May 5 Conference Book begins arrival at NEC Members' homes.  
 June 3  Power Point slides. These must be pre-tested at Conference prior to presentation, and need to be submitted two weeks prior before Conference begins.  Alexx Wood, Communications Director
